What does group programming look like?

Our social skills and group programs provide children and youth with opportunities to connect, learn, and grow alongside peers in a positive and engaging environment. Sessions are led by trained facilitators who design fun, meaningful activities that support social skill development, emotional regulation, and confidence building.

Using both natural and incidental teaching strategies, facilitators embed individualized goals into curriculum, play, crafts, games, and interactive experiences. This approach allows children to practice real-world skills in a controlled and supportive setting while maintaining the spontaneity and joy of natural learning moments.

Each group is designed to promote success through structured routines, hands-on exploration, and collaboration, helping participants strengthen communication, cooperation, and problem-solving abilities, all while having fun and feeling proud of their progress.
