Creative Therapy Associates provides speech-language pathology and occupational therapy services throughout northwestern Ontario to individuals and their families, as well as, on behalf of a number of community agencies.

If you would like to access Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy Services or just have more questions, you can also contact us directly, without a referral.
We also have an Online Referral Form.
Payment is required at the time services are provided and cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard are accepted. If you have extended health coverage for services, receipts will be provided so you can apply for reimbursement.
